Young wines and the bustard courtship
Spring brings life back to the land. The vines are budding, and the first storks are returning to their nests. In the national park, great bustards are vying for the females' attention – a truly unique spectacle. Our wine cellars are also bustling with activity. We've bottled the young wines and look forward to tasting them with you.

Important Information
Wine Experience Tickets: Tickets for the Illmitz Wine Experience are available exclusively at the Illmitz Parish Hall, Obere Hauptstraße 1.
Opening hours on event days:
Friday: 12:00– 19:00 Uhr
Saturday: 12:00-17:00
Ticket Price: €60 per person
(includes wine purchase vouchers worth €45, or €51 with a valid Burgenland Card)
Valid for one full weekend.
Burgenland Card: Guests staying overnight at a participating accommodation receive the Burgenland Card from their first night. This includes an additional €6 wine voucher, as well as many other benefits.
Parking: There is ample parking available in the centre of Illmitz.
