Our winery cultivates around 5 hectares of vineyards using controlled and integrated methods. Our range extends from quality wines to Trockenbeerenauslese and Eiswein. We work with varieties such as Bouvier, Welschriesling, Sauvignon Blanc, Yellow Muscat, Sämling 88, Zweigelt, Blaufränkisch, Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot. Our high quality standards begin in the vineyard: precise pruning, canopy management and yield control are essential to achieving top-quality wines.
Thanks to the unique microclimate created by the lake and salt pans, we are also able to produce exceptional sweet wines each year – wines distinguished by depth, complexity and refined aromatics.
