All life begins in the soil – and for us, that means working as close to nature as possible. In our wooden barrels, we bring together tradition and innovation to create elegant red wines, vibrant whites and wines from the PIWI variety Muscaris. As a family-run winery, we are deeply connected to the traditions of the Seewinkel and its UNESCO World Heritage landscape. We value craftsmanship, regionality and sustainable, circular practices. Discover our range – from refreshing Frizzante and our “Zero Dosage” sparkling wine to Chardonnay Lüss and Sauvignon Blanc “P 1”. Our Merlot, Cabernet and Zweigelt are available as single-varietal wines or in our premium cuvée Conclusio. And of course, we also produce Prädikat wines – a speciality for which Illmitz is renowned worldwide.
